The CC42 offers a wide range of cage and ring sizes to suit every need:

Ring sizes: 1.69–2.44 in (43–62 mm) — traditionally, only 1.77 in (45 mm) rings were available. Within the 1.57–1.97 in (40–50 mm) range, this model offers more precise options, such as 1.69 in (43 mm) and 1.85 in (47 mm). Even a 2 mm difference can greatly affect comfort. The largest 2.44 in (62 mm) ring provides unprecedented room for larger users, solving a common sizing issue.

Cage length: 2.68–5.04 in (68–128 mm)

In 2025, the cage curvature was further refined for an even closer, more comfortable fit compared to the 2024 version.

Unlike the CC39, the CC42 is limited to the Flat Ring and cannot be paired with other store accessories. It features a brass core lock that requires a key, offering secure, ritualized control.
