This includes but is not limited to, damage to the products and personal injury or damages due to use or misuse.
5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1. Your privacy is our priority. All goods are shipped in discreet packaging to ensure maximum privacy. There are no markings on the box to indicate the nature of the contents within.
5.2. We aim to process and dispatch orders within 2-4 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
5.3. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and chosen shipping method.
5.4. Our inventory is split among different locations across the globe. All parcels are trackable with a number.
5.5. If you provide an incorrect delivery address and the order is returned to us, or you fail to take delivery, we will either:
- Redeliver the products to the correct address, subject to a fixed sum of $20 as delivery costs.
- Refund the value of the products minus $20 as delivery cost.
5.6. If the order is proven not to be returned to us, you will not be eligible for a refund or re-delivery. CageChastity.com accepts no responsibility for deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers. In this case, you will need to place a new order with the correct details.
5.7. Standard Shipping takes 5-12 working days, though it can take up to 30 days depending on the destination.
5.8. Express Shipping takes 3-7 working days, up to 10 working days in some cases. Remote DHL areas are not covered under Express Shipping.
5.9. Delays due to factors like customs clearance or shipping queues may occur. If you do not receive your item within 60 days, reimbursement applies.
6. Custom Taxes
6.1. No custom taxes apply for USA customers.
6.2. Canada and EU may have custom taxes in 10% of cases. Contact us if specific documents are needed.
6.3. Other customers must bear custom taxes.
7. Payment
7.1. Your credit card statement will not disclose the nature of your purchase. We accept multiple payment methods, all 100% secure. We do not store your financial information.
7.2. If your credit card does not work with the standard gateway, please try PayPal. You can enter your credit card details even without a PayPal account.
8. Returns and Refunds
8.1. Returns are not accepted. For issues, please contact us at customer@cagechastity.com. We will strive to resolve issues or issue refunds when necessary.
8.2. Refunds are issued if:
- You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
- The goods arrive damaged, and you provide evidence (pictures or videos).
- Goods are not received within 60 days.
- Goods are lost or returned to us.
- A cancellation request is made within 12 hours of placing the order. Only 80% of the value will be refunded.
8.3. Refunds will not be issued if:
- A cancellation request is made after 12 hours.
- The issue is related to size (all dimensions are provided in product descriptions).
- The seal is opened.
- The package is lost due to an incorrect phone number being provided.
- The fulfillment service fails to deliver after multiple attempts and returns the package to us.
9. Undeliverable Orders
9.1. Ensure your shipping information is accurate. Orders returned as undeliverable will incur a 30% processing fee, and no shipping refund will be provided. If re-delivery is requested, a $20 fee applies for US shipping addresses.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1. CageChastity.com is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products.
10.2. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website operation.
