In this setup, a silicone tube connects the cage internally and extends outward to attach the silicone dildo.

If the dildo isn’t aligned after assembly, ensure all screws are tight. Then grip it firmly and twist in the tightening direction — the inner screw will stay fixed while the dildo rotates around it.
