Here at cagechastity, we know that privacy is very important to our customers. Our products are quite intimate after all, and you probably don’t want everyone knowing exactly what you get up to in your spare time. The cagechastity Privacy Promise means that from the moment you place your order, the only people who will know about it are you and us. It is only between us.

DISCREET SHIPPING

We make sure that all packages we send to our customers have no indication of what’s inside.

Orders will be sent in plain packaging, displaying only your name and address. For orders over $79, we provide luxurious, handcrafted inner packaging while ensuring the outer packaging remains plain and unassuming.

Though we really love our brand and logo, we know it might be a little explicit and there will be no cagechastity branding or any description of the contents on the outside packaging. For larger orders, cardboard boxes may be used, but these will also be just as discreet.

Each package will simply display your name and address, and until you open it, the contents will be completely concealed from anyone else. You could even order to your workplace without your colleagues being any wiser. This article shows exactly how we package every order, so you know what to expect.

DISCREET PAYMENTS

As it’s common to need to show your bank statements to various people for different reasons, we know it can be a little awkward for them to see exactly what your purchases are.

All payments made to us (shown as CC-London) will be kept confidential, and we will not let anyone else know.

SHIPPING TIMES

At CageChastity, we focus on what matters most—delivering high-quality products at fair prices, with attentive service and honest support.

For logistics, taxes, and customs, we work hand-in-hand with specialized logistics providers to ensure smooth delivery across borders.

Typical delivery times:

  • UK & USA: 7–10 business days
  • Germany, France & other EU countries: 7–10 business days
  • Australia: 7–10 business days
  • Canada: 10–14 business days
  • Other European countries: 10–14 business days

You’ll receive a final tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please note that tracking updates may take a few days to appear, depending on the carrier’s system.

Please also note that delivery times may occasionally be affected by external factors such as strikes, extreme weather conditions, public holidays, or delays in remote areas. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding during such times.

Additionally, if we’re unable to ship to your address after the order is placed, we’ll notify you and refund your payment in full—no hassle, no stress, and no action needed on your part.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

While the majority of our customers are based in the USA, Canada, Australia, the UK, Germany and various European countries, cagechastity operates globally and proudly ships our products worldwide.

There are also strict laws governing the import and sale of sex toys in some countries.

Please ensure that you are legally allowed to import sex toys into your country before placing any orders with us.

Cagechastity does not accept responsibility for any orders made which cannot be fulfilled due to legal reasons. If you have any issues regarding this, please contact us, or your local government who will be able to advise you further.

ADDRESSS CHANGES

Please verify your shipping information carefully before placing your order. If you need to change your address after ordering, email us (customer@cagechastity.com) immediately so we can help.

For orders that haven’t shipped yet, we will try our best to update the address. Please note that address changes will delay your order processing and shipping time.

Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address. We are unable to take responsibility for deliveries sent to incorrect addresses provided during checkout.

TRACKING STATUS

If you see “Shipping Label Created, Awaiting Item” or “Information Submitted, Awaiting Item” or similar information in your tracking updates, this doesn’t necessarily mean your package hasn’t been shipped. As we serve customers globally, we work with multiple shipping partners to ensure efficient delivery worldwide, and the tracking number you receive is for the final delivery carrier. While your package may already be in transit, it might take some time before it appears in the tracking system.

Packages sometimes may not receive an initial scan when first entering the postal system. While this is beyond our control, our experience shows that packages are typically delivered successfully, even when tracking updates are delayed or limited. Rest assured that once we mark an order as shipped, it has been handed over to our shipping partners and is on its way to you.

LOST ITEMS

If your package is lost during transit, we will gladly replace it free of charge.

However, once a package is marked as delivered, we are no longer responsible for it, as we cannot prevent situations where packages are stolen or misplaced after delivery.
