Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. This policy ensures that every customer receives a brand-new, unused item, an essential standard for maintaining hygiene, safety, and the trust our customers expect from us.

Over the past year (2024), the percentage of customer issues requiring resolution has remained below 0.1%, and our Trustpilot reviews have been overwhelmingly positive. This reflects the strength of our tight production standards and thorough manual inspection process. Each item is carefully crafted and double-checked before shipment to ensure it meets our expectations.

That said, in rare cases where something goes wrong—whether it’s a shipping error, a misunderstanding in the product description, or a special consideration for loyal customers—we take full responsibility and resolve the matter with care and transparency.

Return Policy:

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately.

Please send us an email at customer@cagechastity.com within 14 days after you receive the product, and kindly describe the issue with evidence attached (e.g., photo or video).

If your item is defective or damaged, we will send you a replacement free of charge and will do our best to ensure your satisfaction.

Refund Policy:

We are unable to offer refunds for shipped packages. However, if you receive an order with a defect, a missing item, or an incorrect item, please contact us immediately, and we’ll make it right for you.

We can cancel any order that hasn’t shipped yet—just email us as soon as possible. For cancelled orders, you can choose between two options: receive 100% of the order value as store credit or opt for a refund, which will incur a 10% cancellation fee to cover unavoidable costs like payment processor fees that aren’t refunded to us.

If your refund is approved, the credit will be applied to your original payment method or credit card within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account.

If the refund is not reflected in your account, please contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be processed.

Next, please contact your bank. Refunds may take some time to process.

Return Shipping (if applicable):

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returned items, and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Depending on your location, the arrival time of exchanged products may vary.

For returns totaling more than $80, we recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing transportation insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
