Shipping Questions
We offer free shipping to all delivery destinations with orders over $79. In other cases, you will need to pay an additional shipping fee which you will find out while checking out.
For orders to the USA, delivery typically takes 7–10 business days. Please allow 1–2 working days for order processing before shipment.
For orders to the UK, delivery typically takes 7–10 business days. Please allow 1–2 working days for order processing before shipment.
For orders to Canada, delivery typically takes 10-14 business days. Please allow 1–2 working days for order processing before shipment.
For orders to EU countries, such as Germany and France, delivery typically takes 7-10 business days; while for orders to other European countries, delivery typically takes 10-14 business days. Please allow 1–2 working days for order processing before shipment.
For orders to Australia, delivery typically takes 7–10 business days. Please allow 1–2 working days for order processing before shipment.
Orders are typically dispatched the next working day. However, we kindly ask your understanding to allow 2 working days for order processing.

Double-check your address before placing an order, as many orders are shipped within hours of being placed.
If your delivery fails because of an incorrect address, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
If you or someone on your behalf refuses a delivery, we can reissue the order for a $25 surcharge once it is returned to our warehouse. Note that we will not resend the order until the original shipment is received back, and if it isn’t returned to us, you will be responsible for the full cost of the product.

The tracking number we provide is a last-mile tracking number, which means it only starts showing updates once your local delivery service receives the parcel. This often takes around 5 to 7 days.
As a dedicated team, we focus our efforts on product quality and customer service. For shipping, we work closely with our logistic suppliers who ensure parcels are delivered smoothly to customers around the world. This way, in most cases, your personal information doesn’t have to appear at customs, and we handle all taxes or potential extra charges on your behalf. The trade-off is that tracking may take a few days to become visible, but it helps us keep the process efficient and discreet.

Discreet Shopping
Absolutely! All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded boxes with only the recipient’s details. There are no logos or references to the contents from outside.
For orders over $79, we will provide luxurious, handcrafted inner packaging while ensuring the outer packaging remains plain and unassuming.
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and digital payment providers like PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Our merchant name is completely neutral, so even if someone else sees your bank statement, there’s no indication of where or what you purchased. Your privacy is fully protected throughout the process.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged. Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and inform you if your refund has been approved or rejected. Find More at Refund and Returns Policy.
If you need to amend your order, please contact us at customer@cagechastity.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes if the order hasn’t shipped yet.
Please note that no modifications can be made once it has been shipped.
We can cancel any order that hasn’t yet been shipped. If you need to cancel, please email us (customer@cagechastity.com) as soon as possible.
Once your order is cancelled, you’ll have two options:
Store Credit: Receive 100% of the order value as store credit.
Refund: Receive a refund minus a 10% cancellation fee. This fee helps us cover costs like payment processor fees, which are not refunded to us when an order is cancelled.
This flexible approach allows us to support our customers while managing the costs of running a small business. We truly appreciate your understanding and support!
