Its head features a medium-density mesh accented by star-shaped patterns, now enhanced with six adjustable screw spikes. Each screw can be tightened or loosened to control the level of stimulation—or removed entirely to transform the piece into a smooth, standard metal cage.
With a generous 37mm diameter, this model is wider than most cages, making it especially suitable for thicker shafts.
