The Holy Trainer V4 represents a significant upgrade in the category. While it retains the classic design language—specifically, the longer upper portion of the cage—the proportions have been slightly refined. Compared to the V3, the cage length in the V4 is almost back to the V2’s length. Along with this adjustment, the ring also has a major change. It keeps the signature arc shape of the series but has been significantly thickened, with the V4 ring being nearly 1.5 times thicker than those of the V2 and V3. This new design brings a completely different chastity experience, offering more extreme control, and introducing an element of CBT (cock and ball torture) through increased pressure on the scrotum.

As with previous versions, the weight distribution is still centered at the lock, maintaining the V2’s design. With the thicker ring, the pressure on the balls is intensified, making control of erections even more extreme, especially during intensive training.
