Most cages simply lock and hold. This one allows active adjustment.
Multiple internal spike screws are positioned around the glans ring, each independently adjustable using the included Allen key. Tighten to increase pressure. Loosen to reduce it.
The intensity is never fixed — it remains fully adjustable at any time.
